I will be teaching the 1st-year introductory linear algebra (`vectors and matrices') during the first three weeks of the autumn and spring term. In addition, I will teach part of the astrophysics option (jointly with Dr Subu Mohanty). Course materials for both will be available on `blackboard'.
For the postgraduate lectures, the summary notes are a bit large for this page, so I have split them into separate parts: introduction (stars_intro.pdf) and parameters (parameters_condensed.pdf). More to follow.
My research interest is to observe and understand stellar activity on the
Sun and Sun-like stars.
