Since 2011: Next Einstein Visiting Scholar at the African Institute of Mathematical Sciences (AIMS).

Since 2008: Lecturer in Astrophysics (faculty). Department of Physics, Astrophysics Group, Imperial College London, UK. Responsibilities include: academic lectures and tutorials, PhD students' supervision, supervision of MSci projects, cosmology graduate lectures, coordination of the group's outreach activities.

2005 to 2008: Sir Norman Lockyer research fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society at the department of Astrophysics, University of Oxford, UK. 

In Oct 2006 I was elected junior fellow of St Anne's College, Oxford.

2004 to 2005: Research associate at the department of Theoretical Physics, University of Geneva, Switzerland.
